DIP Switch Functions

Four physical switches on the underside of the keyboard change low-level behaviour before the firmware even boots. Flip them below to see the effect.

For compatibility with KVM switches, or operating systems that don't support N-Key Rollover, it's recommended to switch DIP4 to 6-Key Rollover mode.

Backlit Modes

Cycle modes with Fn+Alt+T. Adjust animation speed with Fn+Alt+J (slower) / Fn+Alt+L (faster). Hold Fn+Alt+T for 3 seconds to kill all backlighting, including CM1/CM2.

Click a mode to preview it. In Reactive, hover the little keys yourself.

RGB colour-adjustable modes ⚙ marked only

Reactive, Breathe, 100% Full Backlit and Radar can have their RGB colour adjusted:

Single-colour brightness

The single-LED version swaps RGB colour mixing for two brightness keys:

LED Zone Customization — CM1 / CM2

Two independent custom lighting layers let you paint specific keys their own static colour, on top of any other backlit mode. Try the recording flow below — it mirrors the real hardware sequence.

Drag the wheel for hue & saturation, the slider for brightness — pick from the full spectrum, then + Save colour to pin it alongside the swatches above. The real board steps through 10 levels per R/G/B channel (~1,000 shades); this picker covers the whole range for planning your layout.

1 · Arm recording → 2 · Pick a colour → 3 · Click keys on the mini-board to paint them → 4 · Press REC Over to finish.

CM1 and CM2 can run alongside any other backlit mode; if their zones overlap, CM1 takes priority over CM2. If there's no activity for 30 seconds while recording, the session ends without saving. The Caps Lock key itself always follows the "100% Full Backlit" colour while recording.

Ducky Gaming Interaction Mode

Two easter-mode games are baked into the firmware. Both close automatically after 10 minutes of inactivity, or the instant you start any other Fn+Alt lighting mode.

Ducky Gamble mode

Fn+Alt+N / Fn+Alt+M

Fn+Alt+N flashes 2 blocks, Fn+Alt+M flashes 4 blocks. Hold for 3 seconds to start multi-block flashing, tap Spacebar to lock a random block, tap again for the next round. Speed follows Fn+Alt+J / Fn+Alt+L.

Minesweeper mode

Fn+Alt+, (comma)

Hold for 3 seconds to start. The keyboard randomly seeds 1+ mines; take turns pressing keys. RGB: green = safe, red = mine, game over. Single-LED: steady light = safe, ripple = mine. Press any blank key to start the next round.

Hold the combo for 3 seconds — the keyboard flashes 3 times to confirm. Debounce smooths out the metal contact "bounce" inside each switch: shorter times react faster but can misfire; the 10 ms default is recommended unless you have a specific reason to change it.

Demo Mode & Display Mode

Demo mode

Left Ctrl+Left Shift+Caps Lock held while plugging the keyboard into a power source.

For powerbanks or USB charging stands — the keyboard shows off its lighting without sending any signal. Only use 5 V supplies; the wrong voltage can damage the keyboard.

Display mode

Fn+Alt+Ctrl held for 3 seconds.

Cycles automatically through the various LED backlit modes — used for retail showcasing.

On power-up, Caps Lock & Num Lock blink to show the active profile. Only profiles 2–6 can be customised.

Recording a macro — the full sequence

Select a profile

Switch to profile 2–6 with Fn+Alt+2…6 — profile 1 is factory-locked.

Start recording

Press Fn+Alt+Tab for 3 seconds. Caps Lock / indicator flashes slowly while armed.

Pick the key to reprogram

Press the key you want to bind. It blinks (on backlit versions) and the indicator flashes swiftly.

Record the macro

Type any sequence of keys, then choose how it plays back and whether the original timing is kept.

Chain another key (optional)

Press Fn+Alt to jump out of the current recording and select another key to bind.

Finish

Press Fn+Alt+Tab for 1 second to save and return to normal profile use.
